Kristin’s mission is to be a light in this world, spreading joy and human kindness and teaching others to do the same. She brings light to the world as a TEDx speaker, award-winning entrepreneur, visionary leader, executive coach, consultant, master facilitator, wife, and mother of two teenage boys. For the past 20+ years, Kristin has partnered with leaders, teams, and organizations worldwide to create positive and sustainable systemic culture change.
From a young age, Kristin wanted to be a difference maker on a global scale. She has always lived on the edge while bridging worlds as a cultural translator. Now, as Founder & CEO of Exponential Inclusion (www.exi.global), Kristin actively collaborates with cultural Edgewalkers who are at the forefront of building inclusive cultures worldwide. Kristin’s dedication is fueled by her passion for partnering with diverse individuals and organizations, empowering them to thrive and drive lasting impact. A few recent projects include empowering women in Saudi Arabia, amplifying Latinx leaders in the US, and challenging bias in healthcare.
