Debbie began her professional career with the advertising launch team for the IBM-PC, then transitioned into the equipping of leaders across disciplines.  As an ordained pastor, she has served on a local and regional level.  For a number of years, she taught a doctoral track in leadership.  In 2017, Debbie founded Poets & Prophets to create intentional space where leaders might focus on their formation as change leaders.  A graduate of Yale Divinity School and the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, she is passionate about equipping leaders toward the flourishing of people and planet.  Her dissertation, focused on the role of memory in shaping vision, continues to inform her work as a global coach and facilitator. A founding steward of the Global Consciousness Institute, she is committed to mapping the terrain of global consciousness toward the flourishing of people and planet.
