The assessment services can consist of quantitative instruments, such as the Edgewalker Profile, Archetypes of Change Surveys, the Personal Resilience Profile, and the Spiritual Intelligence Assessment (SQ21). Data gathering may also be conducted through the use of strategic interviews, focus groups, and several proprietary quantitative and qualitative approaches. All assessments are conducted under the leadership of a highly qualified Ph.D. researcher/practitioner.
