We are in the process of final testing of the Archetypes of Change (Organization) survey. This assessment tool will be offered as an element of system-wide approach to organizational development that includes:

- Developing a design team
- Utilization of customized workshops
- Coaching support for key leaders and change agents
- Edgewalker certifications for internal change agents
- Other transformation processes as needed
